Terms and conditions
Version 2026-08-03. These terms apply to goods ordered from IMMI24 B.V. through immi24.com.
Contract and prices
Product pages are an invitation to place an order. Before payment, the checkout shows the selected products, quantities, VAT, shipping and total price in EUR. You submit a binding order by approving and completing the PayPal payment. We confirm acceptance on screen and by email. If an item cannot be supplied, we will refund the affected amount.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by PayPal. Delivery is made to the shipping address supplied with the order. Unless a different period is agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Consumer withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us clearly by email or post. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. The customer bears direct return costs unless we agree otherwise. We refund eligible payments, including the least expensive standard delivery, within the statutory period and may wait until the goods are returned or proof of return is supplied.
Statutory exceptions may apply, including to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. Any applicable exception must be stated for the relevant product before purchase.
Conformity and liability
Mandatory consumer rights and the statutory conformity guarantee remain unaffected. Website content is product information and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Law and complaints
Dutch law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve complaints promptly.
Shipping, returns and payment
The current worldwide gross shipping flat rate is 25.00 EUR. It is displayed before PayPal approval and included in the PayPal total. Orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Tracking and any temperature-handling instructions are supplied where applicable.
Check the parcel promptly and report transit damage or missing items to [email protected]. This request does not limit statutory rights.

Data, purposes and legal bases
We process contact, billing and shipping details, ordered items, VAT country, PayPal transaction identifiers, payment/refund status, correspondence and security log data. Processing is necessary to fulfil orders and pre-contract requests, comply with accounting and tax duties, and protect the shop against fraud and abuse. Optional communications are sent only where separately permitted.
Recipients and transfers
Data is shared only as necessary with PayPal, hosting/email providers, delivery providers, professional advisers and authorities. PayPal processes payment data under its own privacy notice. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, an applicable legal transfer mechanism must be used.
Retention and rights
Order, invoice and payment records are retained for the applicable statutory period, generally seven years for Dutch accounting records. Shorter-lived technical logs are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where the GDPR provides these rights. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Cookies and payment content
The new shop does not load analytics or advertising trackers. Essential local storage keeps the shopping cart. PayPal content is loaded when you start checkout; PayPal may then set technically necessary payment cookies under its own policy. No automated decisions producing legal effects are made by IMMI24.
