Technical Description of Dimension 6
Super Immune Transfer Factors are molecules that communicate antigenic immunological information intercellularly and from a donor to a recipient.
SITF produced by lymphocytes and serve to support and improve cell mediated immunity. Mamalian TF‘s including those of humans are small molecules between 3500 and 10.000 daltons.
Super Immune Transfer Factors are polypeptides that consist 40 to 44 amino acids and have variable region and consurved amino acid region, which determines the antigenic specifity for an estimated 818 epitopes and serves as a binding target for immune cell receptors respectively.
These highly conserved regions allow SITF to be administered accros a species barrier without any loss of potency.
Clinical studies have demonstrated that SITF‘s unique antigen-specific effect is well documented and is likely produced through activation of T-Cells, increase macrophage activation and interleukin production which also enhance Natural Killer Cell funktion.
Clinical test of SITF on antigen mediated immunity, via B-Cell has reported significant increase of antibodies.
